Water damage in a Pagoda house

These before pictures show the water damage in the dining room drywall in a residential home in Pagoda. The homeowner didn't know there was a leak at the base of the wall right behind it. SERVPRO of Grand Routt & Rio Blanco came out a few hours after being called. Our techs completed demolition in the affected area, discovered the leak, and fixed it. Once the source was stopped, the air movers and dehumidifiers were placed to start drying. Finally, the drywall, cabinets, and insulation were removed, and the area was completely dry, as you can see in the After pictures.
